Don’t share login, don’t misuse the site, no scraping/redistribution of content, etc.
3. Digital Products & Licensing
Purchases are for personal or internal business use only.
No reselling, re-licensing, or giving away the raw source files unless a product explicitly includes PLR / resale rights and spells that out on its product page.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD.
Payments processed securely via third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
You’re responsible for any taxes applicable in your location.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital items are delivered by instant download and/or email link to the address used at checkout.
If you don’t receive your files within X minutes/hours, contact
support@aiassetsstore.com.
6. Refunds & Returns for Digital Products
Because digital files are downloadable and can’t be “returned”, all sales are generally final.
You may, at your discretion, offer:
Refunds if files are corrupted / unusable and support cannot fix it.
A time-limited “satisfaction guarantee” on specific products (if you choose).

7. Print-on-Demand & Physical Items (Future)
When you add POD later, specify:
Estimated production + shipping times.
Who handles printing and shipping (e.g., Printify partners).
How damaged/incorrect items are handled (replacement or refund).
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, layouts, and products are owned by GPC Operation LLC / AIAssetsStore unless otherwise stated.
No copying, sharing, or repackaging outside the license.
9. Limitation of Liability
No guarantee of earnings, results, or outcomes.
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the products.

You can update terms at any time; changes apply from the date posted.
